Very comfortable bed and pillows; clean, updated room and bathroom; very convenient location. Two breakfast buffet areas, so no queue. Had most amenities.
Curtains couldn't be drawn over window so the room was bright all night. A pull down shade would work, wouldn't obstruct heater/AC. No hand-held shower nozzle; for $220.00 a night, we expected one.

The breakfast was very good with an excellent assortment to choose and all the food was GREAT. It was not far from nice restaurants, breweries, bars, and Long Beach or Ft Clatsop, magnificent and absolutely perfect location overall.

The holiday inn express had an amazing view overlooking the river. We loved being able to open the window and enjoy the fresh breeze. The bed was super comfy, and the fireplace added a nice touch. Breakfast was better than many other hotels we've stayed at, with good quality food. We especially enjoyed the pancake machine!

I was impressed by the spacious, modern decor and clean accessibility features. The indoor pool area was well-maintained and enjoyable. The views from my room of the river were amazing.
Higher toilets would help seniors like me.

I like the room and bathroom look really clean. Look out the window the river was right there very nice.
The one night stay cost 155.00. I don't see any reason for that price.

The view overlooking the river was wonderful, and opening the window to enjoy the coastal breeze was a real treat. The bed was super comfy, and the fireplace added a nice touch to the room. Breakfast was of good quality, and the pancake machine was a fun addition, though the coffee could use some improvement. This place is perfect for a relaxing getaway.
